Purchase Order Policy

While purchasing directly through our website will yield the fastest and most reliable results, Last Anvil Innovations LLC understands that not all customers have the ability to purchase directly through our website. 

Therefore, for orders over $100, we accept purchase orders (POs). 

First, email support@lastanvil.com with a PDF of the PO signed by an authorized agent. Then, we will authorize your account to allow for POs at checkout. Our W9 can be found here. 

Invoices will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. 

All POs must be paid within 30 days of when the invoice is received. If it is not paid within that period, the amount due on the invoice is subject to an 8.00% monthly compounding interest rate.
